The manual is a wonderful resource! I take it with me when we go to the dentist, doctor or any other place that I may need to sit and wait. I have a notebook that I jot down ideas that I want to start implementing right away and things I want to make sure we do when we start up again full-time in the fall. I am particularly excited about working more on the scripture memory with my children (I will surely benefit too!) Lois in MI |

Hi. I recieved the Moore Formual Manual!!!! It is great. I am so thrilled and excited. It is way more that I imagined it would be. I'm sure I will have some questions, but right now I am basking in the wonderful glow of an extremely handy resource - I think I can even go so far as to say that it is THE best investment I have ever made for school. I love the suggestions by grade levels. It has reinforced that what I have been doing with my 6 & 7 yos is fine. I could be doing a bit more, but I'm doing okay. I am also excited about what it has to say about highschool for my daughter. I ordered the Horse Unit Study for her too and it is also an excellent resource. My husband, myself and my duaghter are looking forward to starting this study in several weeks. It has so many ideas and projects that I had never even considered!!! Nor my duaghter - and she's the horse nut! I'm too excited right now to say anything more specific...there's so much. It is already a worthy investment. The manual, along with Minding Your Own Business and 401 ways to Get Your Kids to Work at Home, is going to change our lives. They already have! I hightly recommend all these resources. Blessings, Terri P.S. It occurred to me today that a friend of mine has been using this method for years. I have always looked upon her schooling with awe as well as trepidation. I can't wait to talk with her. She's going to be saying some I told you so's! LOL |
